Do not think of the illness as humiliation.

Trust is essential to individuals with Bipolar disorder.
They need you to trust them, not entrust them to other people or institutions such as the psychiatrists or an asylum.
To build up trust, an open and honest communication is needed.

Recycling in itself is a great activity for children, it teaches them how to take care of the environment and how to sort objects into different materials (plastic, metal, paper).
As long as all the items are clean and free from sharp edges children should be able to make use of any and all items in the family recycling bin.
As any parent knows, younger children are more fascinated by cardboard boxes than what came in them.
This isnt as true for older children but they still love to play with and create things out of cardboard.
Some other items that children can use that you may not readily associate with recycling are:* Birthday or Christmas cards if you do not keep them year after year kids can cut them up and use the images for pictures or as puppets by gluing a popsicle stick to the back.
* Old newspaper and magazines.
The newspaper can be shredded for paper mache or children can cut out individual letters to create a secret message.

It is not uncommon for good habits to morph into bad habits.
This often happens when good habits are taken to an extreme.
This is why people should be aware of their behavior, even when it might seem positive.
People who want things to be the very best can seem to be very upbeat people.
At least that is true until they go too far.
When their leadership becomes nit-picking perfectionism, their good habits have turned into bad habits.
Once it has reached such a point, it is hard to salvage the situation.
Sometimes people make their neatness into bad habits.
They start out nice enough.
They just want to keep things tidy and clean.
They are perfectly willing to do some work to keep it that way.
Then, they go overboard.
They begin stressing over every tiny smudge or speck of dust.
Besides this, they expect you to be as obsessive as they are.
